GO! Global Orientation on Culture + Ethics has ended
Join us Saturday, March 30 for the 2019 GO! Global Orientation on Culture + Ethics at the FedEx Global Education building!

This free, one-day event is designed to help students evaluate expectations, anticipate potential cultural and ethical challenges, prepare for engagement with global communities, and develop intercultural competencies.

Once you’ve registered, please create a profile (which you can choose to make public) and select the sessions you plan to attend, including full group sessions. NOTE: You may only select one breakout session per timeslot (one red, one green, one blue).

Gretchen C. Bellamy is the Senior Director for Education, Operations and Initiatives. Gretchen has a robust background in advising organizations on the transformation of their diversity and inclusion strategies. Gretchen oversees the Inclusive Student Excellence outreach and retention programs, as well as operations of the office. As a Senior Strategist for Walmart Inc.’s Global Office of Culture, Diversity and Inclusion, she developed and implemented global culture, diversity, and inclusion strategies that transformed and drove the company’s culture and that embedded diversity and inclusion as integral components for supporting the company’s business operations and its 2.2 million employees. Gretchen also served as Assistant General Counsel in the Legal Operations Group for Walmart, where she advised regarding global internal and external diversity and inclusion, and attorney talent development in the legal department as well as served as an internal consultant for 3,000 compliance, ethics, and global security associates.Gretchen earned a J.D., LL.M. in International and Comparative Law from Duke University School of Law and a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Delaware.
