Join us Saturday, March 30 for the 2019 GO! Global Orientation on Culture + Ethics at the FedEx Global Education building!

This free, one-day event is designed to help students evaluate expectations, anticipate potential cultural and ethical challenges, prepare for engagement with global communities, and develop intercultural competencies.

Once you’ve registered, please create a profile (which you can choose to make public) and select the sessions you plan to attend, including full group sessions. NOTE: You may only select one breakout session per timeslot (one red, one green, one blue).

This session will discuss the realities of teaching abroad, and give you space to consider important questions regarding the particulars of teaching and language pedagogy, your role in the classroom as a foreign teacher, as well as your expectations for your time abroad.
